• In-flight:

Economy fares are the most affordable way to travel and, by adding the extras that are important to you, your journey can be tailored to just the way you want it.

Economy Plus and economy Max bundles

You can add extras – such as baggage, seat selection, and meals – to your Starter fare in different ways. You can buy them individually as you progress through your flight booking or later at Manage my booking OR you can buy one of our bundles. Our Plus and Max bundles offer a simple way for you to buy a range of extras all at once, with difference depending on the bundle you choose.

The Plus bundle gives you a checked baggage allowance, it allows you to change the time or date of you flight without paying change fees (a Fare Difference may apply), you can choose your seat from our standard seat selection, and you can earn Qantas Frequent Flyer points and Status Credits, and more.

The Max bundle allows you to change the origin and destination of your flight and only pay any applicable differences. But that’s not all – the Max bundle is also refundable (a fee applies), it gives you free seat selection from any seat including Extra Leg Room and Upfront Seats, and you get checked baggage, Qantas Points and Status Credits too.
